Decorating for Christmas.

We didn't decorate our house for Christmas until Sunday. It took us forever this year. We usually do it right after Thanksgiving. Life just got into the way. It is done now though. The kids decorated the tree completely by themselves this year, they didn't do to bad. Taylar knew it was uneven, but still doesn't quite know what to do to fix it. It now looks different, cause the kids learned very quickly that our house still isn't quite ready for ornaments on the bottom half. TJ kept taking them off to play with and the dog stole them and chewed them up. So we are down a few ornaments now, and the tree is very top heavy with decorations. I didn't do a whole lot of decorations this year. For the kids we are spending our whole Christmas break up in the cabin at Camperworld. So Todd and I are going up the day before we go down and set up the office lounge all Christmasy. The stockings will be a little more tricky. The tree and decorations we just got some fun and inexpensive ones to use there. The lounge is nice and has a small electric fireplace and a nice TV and is all warm and cozy. It should be fun.
They got even more snow then we did, and my little brother is making different mounds of snow through out the camp ground (it's a private camp ground that no one visits during the winter) so that the kids can have jumps and hills to go sledding and 4-wheeling on during break. The cousins will be coming up several days too. We are also buying car tire inner tubes to pull behind the 4-wheelers. So we should have some fun filled days for the Christmas break and will will be drinking lots of hot chocolate.
