When my family moved to UT almost 20 years ago, this is the home they bought in Provo. My dad was going to BYU and this home is just 5 blocks south. This was a perfect place to start out for my dad, but not really the best place to be in high school, there really wasn't many youth in this area of Provo, but it was a fun house. My parents paid $59,000 for it and that was expensive, if only that was the prices now.
