1st Science Fair Project

This is the 1st of many years of science fair projects. I never liked science fair projects when I was a kid and I only did one, and that one was optional, but highly recommended. The school my children came from there was a science fair every year and if you participated you got extra credit (also encouraged there, but not mandatory). So we move to Mona, and I love Mona, but I do not like this part of the school. Our kids have to, do a science project every year starting in 4th grade. With 5 kids and all pretty close together I have a lot of projects ahead of me. Taylar did hers pretty much all by herself, but it's a big thing and still needs help. Lucky for me Todd loves this kind of stuff and helped her with questions and idea helps, but he isn't always home so I get the pleasure of finishing up. I'm hoping I'll get more into all these project that the kids do as my babies get older.
I do think Taylar did a really good job!!
Her project was determining where the best place to store apples is, by finding which ones started rotting first.
The next 5 pictures show the progression over 20 days in the 5 different locations.

Pretty Gross!

It's moms like you who make the rest of us look bad! Spencer's didn't turn out nearly as artistic. I blame it all on timing. WE WERE MOVING THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE TIME OF THE SCIENCE PROJECT, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! I know, excuses, excuses...

So what is the verdict? I'd love to know the best place! Obviously not outside!
